Definition of Done​

  1. Code has been written (Developed)

  2. Code has been tested and passed the tests (Tested)

  3. Code has been documented (Documented)

  4. Peer-Reviewed (Optional, but nice to do????)

Definition of Ready​

  • The value of Story to the user is clearly indicated.

  • The acceptance criteria for Story have been clearly described.

  • Fulltime on project = X hours per day (user points in each user story and task)

  • Taking in to account the state of the system and the current sprint goal, user story is ready if it can be integrated without setbacks or progress stagnation (incremental value).

  • User Story dependencies identified.
